The flourishing of the city

According to analyses, Lodz's total office stock is about to exceed half a million square meters. The office market in the area is booming, talk of an investment boom. Contributing to the boom is the continued cooperation with academic centers, which regularly send several thousand young employees to businesses. It is also worth mentioning the activities of local authorities, bringing investors from the West, but also from China or India. Of key importance is the "Young in Lodz" program, thanks to which more and more students are tying their future to this city and getting employed in large corporations. Industrial Lodz is gaining in importance over time, following a revitalization that includes not only the inner city, but also suburban areas. Impressively, more than half of the total stock of office space is of the highest Class A standard. Investors are striving to create as many places as possible conducive to the development of global business, without forgetting about comfort and common spaces, both for business units and residents.
