The group of tenants of The Warsaw HUB facility has expanded

Another lease agreement for office space in Warsaw's office building B of The Warsaw HUB. GrECo, a provider of insurance brokerage and risk management services, will move into the building.

The list of tenants in Warsaw's The Warsaw Hub B office building continues to grow. This time this group has expanded to include another company - GrECo Polska. It is part of the international company GrECo International Holding AG, which has been operating in our country since 2000. The lease was signed for 5 years, and the new tenant will occupy about 740 sqm of office space in Building B.

The Warsaw HUB is a Warsaw complex of three buildings with multifunctional space. In total, it offers as much as about 110,000 sqm. Two 130-meter-high buildings provide the local market with office space, while the third houses a hotel. All the towers are connected by a single common podium. Tenants of the building can take advantage of an expanded four-story parking lot and bicycle infrastructure.
