The highest level of BREEAM certification for Warsaw's Skysawa
One of Skysawa's buildings has received a unique distinction. The building received the highest rating in the BREEAM New Construction 2016 certification.
Great news for one of Skysawa's buildings in Warsaw. The building took part in the BREEAM New Construction 2016 certification,where it was evaluated in terms of ecology, management and many other parameters. The building received a record score of as much as 94.1 percent, the highest possible rating of Outstanding. This makes Skysawa the best rated building in this certification.
Skysawa is a modern office building located in Warsaw on Swietokrzyska Street consisting of two buildings - one 9-story and one 155-meter tower. It provides approximately 35,000 sqm of leasable space to the local market. The building has many amenities and environmentally friendly solutions. An underground garage hall and bicycle infrastructure are available to tenants. The complex already has its main tenant, which is PKO Bank Polski.
