The Park Kraków complex with financing from PKO BP
The modern office development The Park Krakow, under construction on Saska Street, has obtained financing from PKO BP bank. The transaction amounted to 36 million euros.
Good news for The Park Kraków office building. Developer White Star Real Estate and investor Cain International have just obtained investment financing provided by PKO BP. The bank has provided a €36 million investment and construction loan for the modern Krakow facility.
The Park Krakow complex is a modern office building under construction in the Podgórze district. Ultimately, it will include eight buildings. The total leasable area will reach as much as 100,000 sqm. The first of the buildings is expected to be ready as early as the second quarter of this year and will provide the local market with about 12,500 sqm of space. Tenants will be provided with underground parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle infrastructure. There will also be green areas around the building with special relaxation and activity zones.
