It is being built according to the principles of biophilic design and uses many nature-friendly solutions. These include the use of eco-friendly materials, as well as energy or water conservation. In addition, there will be almost 3 hectares of greenery around the complex, with relaxation and activity zones.

The Park Krakow is a modern office complex that will consist of eight buildings. They will offer a total of about 100,000 sqm of rental space, and terraces will be built on the top floors of the office buildings. Tenants will also have an underground garage hall for cars, facilities for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles.
