It is being built according to the principles of biophilic design and uses many nature-friendly solutions. These include the use of eco-friendly materials, as well as energy or water conservation. In addition, there will be almost 3 hectares of greenery around the complex, with relaxation and activity zones.

The Park Krakow is a modern office complex that will consist of eight buildings. They will offer a total of about 100,000 sqm of rental space, and terraces will be built on the top floors of the office buildings.
