Katowice's .KTW II skyscraper is part of a larger office complex that consists of two buildings, the first of which has already been completed in 2018, with the second scheduled for completion next year. The complex is delivering about 62,000 sqm of total space to the market. The .KTW II building will be the tallest building in Katowice, which guarantees an extraordinary view of the city skyline. There will also be underground car parking available to tenants, and the complex will also include retail and service units and a medical center.
