The Widzew Manufaktura revitalization project is underway

Work is underway to revitalize buildings in the Widzew Manufaktura complex. The 140-year-old buildings, which are already historical landmarks, will gain new life and become one of the most interesting places in Lodz.

Work is now underway in Lodz on one of the city's most anticipated buildings. Four post-factory buildings of Widzew Manufaktura have been revitalized: a spinning mill, a twisting mill, a winding mill and a cantina. The buildings are already historic landmarks, and thanks to the revitalization and modernization processes underway, they will become an attractive point on the city's map. The investment plan calls for preserving the old appearance of the buildings, which will be supplemented with modern elements.

Widzew Manufaktura is an investment with a total area of approximately 55,000 sqm. The building will provide not only office space, but also residential or catering. An additional asset of the complex will be an accessible parking lot for cars and an exceptional park, which is approximately 100 years old and 9,000 sqm in size.
