There is a building permit for the third office building of Bolero Office Park

Good news for Real Management - the investor in Warsaw's Bolero Office Park complex. It has just obtained a building permit for the construction of a third B+ class office building, which is expected to be completed in the last months of 2023.

The Bolero Office Park complex will expand with a new building. This will be the third phase of the project. The previous two provided the Warsaw office market with some 17,500 sqm of workspace. Now the project's investor, Real Management, has obtained a building permit for the construction of another office building, making the investment expand by an additional total area of about 11,500 sqm.

The third building, named Bolero Office Point III, will be a modern facility with many amenities for its future tenants. In addition to office space, it will offer a two-story underground parking garage for nearly 100 cars. The lowest floor of the building will feature a representative lobby and a café. According to plans, the building is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
