They purchased a tower in Warsaw for over 1.2 billion zloty, making this transaction the largest on the European office market

Belgian developer Ghelamco finalized the sale of its flagship investment - Warsaw UNIT, a 200-meter tower located in Warsaw's business center. The new owner of the property became Swedish company Eastnine AB, listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange. The transaction worth 280 million euros (over 1.2 billion zloty) turned out to be the largest acquisition on the European office market this year.

Warsaw UNIT is an ultra-modern office building offering approximately 60,000 m² of space on 46 floors. The project, prepared by the Polish-Belgian Architecture Office PROJEKT, is distinguished by advanced technology and ecological solutions - the building is fully powered by clean energy. One of its main advantages is the event space with the glazed Skyfall Warsaw viewing terrace and a kinetic facade inspired by a dragon scale, responding to wind gusts.

The tower is fully leased, and among the tenants are Warta, Moderna, CBRE, Stryker, Amazon, OmniOffice and Imperial Tobacco. Eastnine AB, the new owner of Warsaw UNIT, specializes in modern, sustainable office properties in key locations in Poland and the Baltic countries.
