Top-class office building in Katowice

The development of the modern DL Piano II office building, which will be built next to the DL Piano building in Katowice, will start soon.

Katowice's office space will expand with a new office building. Another DL Piano II building will be built next to the existing DL Piano building. DL Invest Group decided on the decision to make another investment due to the huge interest in the DL Piano building. The construction of the new office building will begin in the next few months. At the same time, the company is also completing the construction of another building - DL Tower.

DL Piano II will be a modern office building located in Katowice next to the existing DL Piano building. It will rise to a height of 5 stories and provide about 17,000 sqm of total space. In addition to office units, retail and service space will be available in the building. Underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities will be available to tenants.
