Towarowa22 announces new tenant of the complex

Towarowa22 is a modern mixed-use project implemented in the center of Warsaw's Wola by Echo Investment, AFI Europe Poland and Archicom. The first phase of the investment, Office House, offers 32,000 m² of office space, of which 70% has already been rented by companies such as emagine and Crowe. The building is planned to have green loggias, orangeries and a roof terrace, and the applied sustainable construction solutions meet the highest standards of BREEAM "Outstanding" and WELL certificates. Additionally, the new tenant of retail and service space is CHANGE Studio fitness club, which will occupy 1,200 m², offering modern training space and a holistic approach to healthy living. The opening is planned for the second quarter of 2025.

The Towarowa22 project is distinguished by the diversity of functions and a unique approach to shaping urban space. In addition to offices, there are residential units for sale and long-term rental, as well as spaces dedicated to culture, art, gastronomy and services. The central point of the complex will be a 2-hectare city park with a restored pavilion of the Polish Word House, offering residents and visitors a space for relaxation and integration. The architectural diversity and functionality of the project, designed by JEMS Architekci studio, responds to the needs of a dynamically developing city.
