Two new office buildings ready in Lodz

Available space in the Łódź office market has expanded. Two buildings from the same complex - Monopolis III and IV - were delivered for occupancy in early 2022.

Good news from Lodz office building. Two office buildings that are part of a single Monopolis complex, whose investor is Virako, have recently been put into use. The Monopolis III and Monopolis IV buildings were completed earlier this year and are ready for leasing.

Monopolis is a multifunctional complex of high-standard office buildings being developed on the site of the former Vodka Monopoly. The leasable area of this building will reach about 23,000 sqm. In addition to offices, there will also be cultural and retail spaces. The buildings are being constructed with the utmost care for ecology and the environment, which is why they will be awarded BREEAM certification.
