UBC II will be modernized

Atenor, the developer responsible for the Lakeside investment in Warsaw, will renovate the neighboring UBC II building, transforming it into a modern, sustainable and environmentally friendly office building. The company, known on the Warsaw office market thanks to the Lakeside project, received permission to rebuild and renovate the UBC II building, located on Mokotów. The modernized building will offer more than 19,000 sqm of office space.

A comprehensive renovation will change the building, commissioned in 2000, into a modern office building, thanks to its favorable location on Mokotów, which is well connected to the rest of the city. Nearby are Służew and Wilanowska metro stations, a tram terminal and bus stops.

The building is also distinguished by a unique view of the adjacent park and lake, which provides a peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity for quiet relaxation for employees. The project will include a modernization of the entire old building, leaving only its skeleton, carried out in the spirit of ESG. The design phase of the major renovation is currently underway, with circularity as its central idea. The goal is to create a modern structure, distinguished by energy efficiency and the use of new technologies.
