Uniqa with newly remodeled headquarters in Warsaw Trade Tower

The renovation of the workspace designed for Uniqa at the Warsaw Trade Tower has been completed. More than 11,000 sqm of office space on several floors of the office building has been remodeled.

Uniqa is one of the tenants of the capital's Warsaw Trade Tower office building. It occupies more than 11,000 sqm of office space in the building. The space has recently undergone redevelopment. As part of the general renovation, some parts were demolished, sanitary and electrical installations were changed. All the necessary equipment was completed, and the tenant can already use the office space adapted to his needs. The remodeling was carried out by Muniak in cooperation with other contractors.

Warsaw Trade Tower is a modern Warsaw skyscraper located on Chlodna Street. It provides about 45,000 sqm of office space to the local market. In addition to work space, the building offers common areas for tenants, underground parking spaces for cars and an extensive bicycle amenity zone.
