Warsaw Lakeside with prestigious WELL certification

The LAKESIDE office building in Warsaw, which is being developed by Atenor, has received WELL certification at the Gold level.

LAKESIDE is a modern office building planned to replace the currently demolished University Business Center office building. Its investor is the Atenor company, which has obtained the prestigious WELL certificate, attesting to the use of solutions that are particularly environmentally friendly and attractive to future tenants. These will include terraces and a recreational area with a pond, as well as underground parking. LAKESIDE has already reached the Gold level at the design stage, for which the Group 5 Architects studio is responsible.

The LAKESIDE office building is a complex of two interconnected buildings. The development will bring about 24,000 sqm of total space. The building is planned to be constructed in an attractive area near a lake. The office building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023.
