Warsaw office building Danone HQ in hands of Okam company

The Danone HQ office building is changing its owner. Development company Okam has taken possession of the building and is planning a new development near the office building.

Okam has become the new owner of Warsaw's Danone HQ office building. It is a 12-story building with more than 5,400 sq m of leasable space, located at 9 Redutowa St. The office building will become part of a larger project by the company, which is planning a new development on a plot of land adjacent to the building, purchased in 2020.

Okam plans to build four residential buildings on the land adjacent to the Danone HQ office building. The project will create a development offering more than 700 new apartments right behind the Warsaw office building. In addition, part of the plot will be developed for green spaces for rest and recreation. Completion of the entire project is planned for 2025.
