Warsaw office building EQlibrium 2 completed

The construction of the EQlibrium 2 office building in Warsaw has been completed. The building, together with the EQlibrium building, forms a larger office complex offering high-end space.

The construction of Warsaw's small office building EQlibrium 2 in Wola has been completed. The building, together with the EQlibrium building, constitutes a modern-class office complex located in an attractive and well-connected location. EQ2 rises eight stories high and offers approximately 4,300 sqm of usable space. The building is located on Wschowska Street in Warsaw.

In addition to high-end office and service space, the building also provides its tenants with many amenities. These include underground parking spaces spread over two levels and an internal courtyard with a green zone, which it shares with the EQlibrium office building. A number of environmentally friendly and human-friendly solutions have been used in the building, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
