The distinctive Canal+ office building has been sold by a Real Management SA group company. The building ended up in the hands of the television service provider, but the amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

The modern building, located on Sikorskiego Street in Warsaw, provides convenient working conditions and a number of amenities for tenants, which include an above-ground and underground parking garage that can accommodate more than 200 cars.
