Warsaw's D48 office building in the hands of Slovaks

We know the new owner of Warsaw's D48 office building. The building went into the hands of a Slovakian company from IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. The exact amount of the transaction is unknown.

The modern D48 office building in Warsaw at Domaniewska and Postępu streets has been sold. The new owner of the building was the Slovakian company IAD Investments, správ. spol., a.s. The amount of the transaction from the agreement between IAD and previous owner Penta Real Estate is not known.

The D48 office building is a modern building with Class A office space of more than 24,000 sqm. The building also includes retail and service units. Tenants have above- and underground parking spaces for about 500 cars, extensive bicycle infrastructure and electric car charging stations. An additional advantage of the building is its exceptional LEED Gold certification. The building was completed in 2017 and is already 100 percent commercialized.
