Warsaw's NC3 office building in French hands

The owner of one of Warsaw's office buildings has changed. The NC3 building has gone into the hands of the French independent company MNK Partners.

The ownership of one of Warsaw's office buildings has recently changed. The NC3 building, which was previously owned by ECI Group, has been sold to MNK Partners. This is a French independent asset management company. The NC3 office building is already the company's second investment in Poland. The company decided to buy the building because of its exceptional functionality.

NC3 New City 3 is a modern office building located on Postępu Street in Warsaw. The building reaches seven stories and provides the local market with approximately 6,500 sqm of leasable space. In addition, it has a two-story parking lot that can accommodate up to 200 cars. Next to the building are two other office buildings - New City and New City 2.
