Warsaw's office market will gain new space. Construction of Dor Plaza is underway

A new office building is under construction in Warsaw, an investment by Dor Grupa. The Dor Plaza building will provide the market with an additional 15,000 sqm of leasable space.

Dor Plaza is a Warsaw development by developer Dor Grupa. Construction of the building is located at 1 Sierpnia and Iłżecka streets. The modern Class A office building will reach seven stories and offer about 15,000 sqm of leasable space, of which more than 13,000 sqm will be high-end office space. The first floor of the building will provide space for retail and service establishments. The building is scheduled for completion in 2022.

The building will also feature a number of amenities for its users, such as underground parking, bicycle infrastructure and an electric vehicle charging station, for example. The Dor Plaza building is being constructed in accordance with BREEAM certification guidelines and has been awarded a Very Good rating. The office building is also characterized by a specific shape resembling the letter Z.
