Warsaw's Woloska 24 office building bought by Czech fund

A Czech investment fund has purchased Warsaw's Woloska 24 office building, with the deal valued at more than 60 million euros.

The Warsaw office building Wołoska 24, developed by Ghelamco, has been sold for more than 60 million euros. The new owner of the building is the Czech investment fund ZFP Investments. It belongs to the Slovak fund IAD Investments, which has been operating in Central European countries for more than 25 years and owns properties in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.

The Woloska 24 office building offers its tenants 23,500 sqm of office space. There are also 518 parking spaces, an additional surface parking lot and a separate parking lot for bicyclists. The attractive location and high standard of finishes have made the office building very popular with tenants. These include NEST BANK, ARVAL Group, Hyundai and Teleperformance, among others.
