Warsaw skyscraper Widok Towers with new manager
One of Warsaw's skyscrapers, Widok Towers, has recently got a new manager. Savills will now take care of the building.
Changes at one of Warsaw's office buildings. The building, whose main tenant is the Warsaw City Hall, already has a new manager. The Widok Towers office building, completed in 2021, will from now on be looked after by Savills.
The Widok Towers office building is a Warsaw development that provides about 31,500 sqm of total space to the local market. The skyscraper reaches 28 floors above ground and is 95 meters high. Located in the city center at 44 Jerozolimskie Avenue, the skyscraper was built on the site of the Uniwersal building. Tenants can use an underground garage hall and a viewing terrace.
