Warta Tower Sold for Over 63 Million Euros

One of the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw has changed ownership. This is Warta Tower, an iconic skyscraper located at Chmielna Street that was sold for over 63 million euros. The facility offers a total of over 33,000 square meters of office rental space. A unique feature of this nearly 100-meter skyscraper is an interestingly designed lobby, which allows for any arrangement of space, as well as extensive glazing, ensuring excellent natural lighting of the interiors. Additionally, for the convenience of tenants, nearly 560 parking spaces are available.

The previous owner of Warta Tower was a leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe - Globalworth. However, the company signed an agreement to sell the skyscraper to an entity associated with the Cornerstone Investment Management investment platform. The value of this transaction reaches over 63 million euros. Cornerstone Investment Management is a company engaged in the management of private equity, private equity real estate, private debt, and private equity investments, whose assets under management amount to 7 billion euros.

The new owner has ambitious plans for Warta Tower. It intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the skyscraper, creating modern office space in accordance with the latest standards. Modernization work is scheduled to be completed by 2025, which will allow Warsaw to gain a new, innovative office facility meeting current market requirements.
