The contractor for the open shell of the Brain Park office complex in Kraków is known. It is the company Fabet Konstrukcje. The office complex under construction at Aleja Pokoju and Fabryczna Street is an investment by Echo Investment.

Brain Park will be a multifunctional building with about 43,000 sqm of leasable office space. The complex will consist of three office buildings reaching ten floors. The facility is planned to provide a number of amenities for future tenants, including underground and above-ground parking spaces, infrastructure for cyclists or charging stations for cars and electric scooters. The project also includes the construction of an expansive courtyard adjacent to the building with places for relaxation and physical activity. Completion of the first phase of the project is scheduled for the third quarter of 2022.
