A new manager for the Za Bramka building has been chosen. Knight Frank has taken over the care of the office building. This is the third time the company has taken over this position.

We know the new manager of the Za Bramką office building. The result of the recent tender for this position should not come as a surprise, as this is the third time Knight Frank has taken over the care of the building. The current manager has been taking care of the Poznan building since 2016, and will continue to do so for years to come.

Za Bramką is an A-class office building located in the Old Town. It provides the Poznan market with more than 16,000 sqm of total space and rises four stories high. Completed in 2016, the building features modern coworking and open-space office space. Tenants can also use a three-level underground parking for about 300 cars. Aldesa Polska was the contractor for the project.
