West 4 Business Hub I sold. The transaction amounted to 40 million euros

Changes in the Wrocław office market. The first building in the West 4 Business Hub complex has been sold by Echo Investment to investment and development company Solida Capital for €40 million.

Solida Capital, an investment and development company, has become the new owner of the West 4 Business Hub I office building. Echo Investment has sold the building, which is the first phase of the Wroclaw development. The sales agreement amounted to almost €40 million, and on the basis of the agreement, more than 15,500 sqm of the total area went into the hands of the new owner.

West 4 Business Hub is a Wroclaw-based complex of multifunctional buildings with a total leasable area of about 80,000 sqm. The building will be equipped with a number of environmentally friendly solutions and solutions conducive to employee comfort, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. Tenants will have underground and above-ground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure at their disposal. Maćków Pracownia Projektowa is responsible for the architectural design of the building.
