Work continues on Katowice's Global Office Park complex

Construction of one of the most anticipated developments is well under way. It is expected to be completed and the building will be put into operation later this year.

The Global Office Park multifunctional complex is a long-awaited Katowice investment. The new facility is being built in the very center of the city and is a project of Cavatina Holding. According to plans, the complex is expected to be ready as early as the second quarter of 2022. For this reason, work on two office buildings is already at an advanced stage, and construction of the second floor of the residential building has begun. Construction is also underway on the observation deck, which will be available for use in one of the office towers.

Global Office Park is a complex of three buildings located in Katowice at the intersection of Dąbrówki and Mickiewicza streets. One of the buildings is a residential structure, while the other two are office towers. They will provide about 55,000 sqm of workspace to the local market. All of the buildings in the complex will share a common podium, which will include retail and food and beverage establishments. Tenants will have above-ground parking spaces and an observation deck, as well as relaxation areas.
