An investment by Belgian developer Immobel in Warsaw has been completed. The modern Central Point office building is now fully completed and has just received an occupancy permit. Strabag was the main contractor for the construction work, which lasted two and a half years. The first tenants can already officially move into the building.

Central Point is a new office building in Warsaw that rises to a height of almost 90 meters. It has been located in the center of the city, which significantly contributes to the building's attractiveness. The office building provides the local market with about 20,000 sqm of leasable space mainly for offices, but also for retail and service units. The building offers its tenants a number of amenities, including an underground garage, extensive infrastructure for cyclists, electric vehicle charging stations and green terraces.
