Wrocław's MidPoint71 office building has reached its target height

Façade and installation work has just begun at Echo Investment's modern office building, which has reached its target height. The investment is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021.

The MidPoint71 office building, which is being built on Powstańców Śląskich Street in Wrocław near the Sky Tower skyscraper, has reached its target height. At the current stage of the investment, elevation and installation works are underway. The building is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021. The studio responsible for the architectural design of the office building is Medusa Group.

The MidPoint71 building will provide the market with about 37,000 sqm of total space, of which 20,000 sqm has already been leased. A number of solutions were used in the construction of the office building, which are conducive to both the environment and employees, as evidenced by the BREEAM certificate of Excellent awarded to the building. MidPoint71 offers tenants numerous amenities, such as parking spaces, bike racks and terraces. The space in the new building will be used by 3M Global Service Center and Pyszne.pl, among others.
