The Directorate Building is one of the oldest buildings in the Imperial Shipyard and a witness to many historical events. The Imperial Shipyard is a post-industrial area that has been included in the register of historical monuments. The revitalization of the area has been planned for several years and its goal is to create a representative district with a unique atmosphere. There will be renovated buildings with office and retail-service functions, new apartment buildings, restaurants, clubs, galleries. The former Gdansk Shipyard Management Building is a historic edifice distinguished by its brick façade with high windows ending in arches. Extensive renovation work is currently underway to restore the beautiful architecture and unique interiors. The building will be adapted to serve as a modern, high-standard business center. The project is expected to provide about 4,000 sqm of comfortable and diverse office space. Tenants will have at their disposal conference rooms, relaxation areas, a café, event space, coworking space and surface parking.
