The commercialization of the service portion will be handled by the renowned Apsys Polska, the manager of Manufaktura, who, after the building is handed over for use, will also serve as its administrator. The architectural design was entrusted to the Grupa5 Architekci studio. Magazyn Bawełny is located in the heart of the city, in the Manufaktura complex, which for years has served as a dynamic urban center, attracting shopping, meetings and entertainment. Moreover, the unique location of the new facility provides access to 3,500 parking spaces, direct access to the planned underground railway station Łódź Polesie, and convenient access via various bus and tram lines, as well as extensive cycling and road infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity there are also high-quality hotels, museums and charming parks.
