The architectural design was entrusted to the Grupa5 Architekci studio. Magazyn Bawełny is located in the heart of the city, in the Manufaktura complex, which for years has served as a dynamic urban center, attracting shopping, meetings and entertainment. Moreover, the unique location of the new facility provides access to 3,500 parking spaces, direct access to the planned underground railway station Łódź Polesie, and convenient access via various bus and tram lines, as well as extensive cycling and road infrastructure.
