Office High5ive budynek 2

High5ive is a modern and multifunctional complex of 5 office buildings with retail space. The office buildings have up to 9 above-ground storeys and provide approx. 70,000 sq m of office space in the very center of Krakow. Almost every building has a different shape and therefore the entire layout makes the most of the potential and possibilities of developing a triangular plot. All office buildings have a coherent and very characteristic facade with unique colors. Changing colors and narrowing windows give the impression of undulating and permeating one color into another. The complex and its surroundings have been designed with the greatest care for the environment and the comfort of employees. Buildings are made of ecological materials and use resources in a responsible and sustainable way. High5ive is the perfect place to work and live, it is full of unique energy and ideas for spending free time. Among the numerous amenities there are shops, restaurants, service points, a concierge, green areas around buildings with elements of small architecture and a public basketball court. Underground parking spaces for cars and bicycles are available to tenants. The complex is located right next to the Main Railway Station and Galeria Krakowska. In the vicinity there are, among others, Cracow University of Technology, University of Economics and the Main Market Square of the Old Town. The location allows you to take full advantage of Krakow's commercial and service, gastronomic, cultural and hotel offer, and enables efficient access to other districts, both by public and private transport. Nearby, there are numerous bus connections, an extensive road network and a fast city train. A drive to the Krakow Airport in Balice takes approx. 25 minutes.
