Tischnera Office is an impressive office building with retail space. It has 10 above-ground storeys and offers approx. 33,600 sq m of rentable space. Average floor plate is approximately 4 350 sq m. The glass body of the building has a characteristic indentation in the front elevation, an internal courtyard and arcades up to the height of two storeys. The green spaces of the courtyard with natural wooden and stone inserts, enriched with fountains, create an ideal relaxation zone for employees.
