Tulipan House is a Warsaw office building that has recently undergone significant modernization. Thanks to the work carried out, the building has become much more environmentally attractive. It has also gained a number of amenities conducive to the well-being of employees and the maintenance of mutual relations between tenants. The building, as part of the modernization, gained a new look for the reception desk, a special application for the building, a food truck zone, many facilities for cyclists, all complemented by a large number of plants.

The Tulip House office building is a facility offering about 18,000 sqm of high-end total space. The building is located on Domaniewska Street in Warsaw. It rises four stories high and offers more than 400 underground parking spaces. The use of a number of amenities in the building has been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level.
