A new office building has been built opposite Silesia City Center

The CRAFT office building will be handed over for use by the end of Q3 this year. The Ghelamco investment consists of three overlapping cuboids and is already in the final phase of implementation.

CRAFT is a modern class A office building offering 26,700 square meters of office space for rent. The 55-meter-tall building has a two-level underground parking with 218 parking spaces and an additional 28 spaces outside the building. Equipped with the latest technological solutions, including the SignalOS operating system developed by Ghelamco for buildings, CRAFT ensures a high standard of use.

The office building consists of three overlapping cuboids, which made it possible to create six terraces, including one on the roof. The facade of the building was made of copper elements, giving it an industrial character that refers to the heritage of Katowice.

CRAFT is located in the very center of Katowice, on Chorzowska – the main artery of the Silesian agglomeration. The office building meets the highest environmental standards and has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

The building also houses electric car charging stations and 60 bicycle parking spaces with amenities such as changing rooms and showers, which is in line with the green philosophy of this investment.
