A4 Business Park Office Building in Katowice Undergoes Renovation

The modernization process of the interiors of the A4 Business Park office building in Katowice, managed by Globalworth Poland, has been completed. The new interiors, created by the Workplaces department at Globalworth Poland, are characterized by a minimalist loft style. A4 Business Park, located in the heart of Katowice, is a modern office complex consisting of three buildings: Office I, II and III. Two 10-story buildings and one 7-story building together offer 32,500 square meters of work space. An integral part of this investment is a park with an outdoor gym on the other side of the street.

The office building interiors gained a new contrasting color scheme and original details, such as glazed tiles arranged at a 45-degree angle. Thanks to these changes, the new reception areas became more dynamic, and their design gained a completely new character. During the project implementation, the existing room layouts were used and further improved. New features also include zones with armchairs and tables, creating spaces for waiting, meetings and work. An important element of the reception hall renovation was the preservation of sandstone slabs on the walls, which were a key decorative element in the original interior design.
