Abris Capital Partners Group remains in Grzybowska Park office building and expands occupied space

Abris Capital Partners Group will continue to be headquartered in Warsaw's Grzybowska Park office building. The new agreement will expand the company's leased space to 1,650 sqm.

Abris Capital Partners is an independent group that manages private equity funds. It was founded in 2006 and has offices in Romania and the UK, among others. The company focuses on investments in Central and Eastern Europe.

The group, which was previously headquartered in Warsaw's Grzybowska Park building, has decided to continue leasing offices in the facility. However, the new agreement calls for expanding the occupied space to 1,650 sqm.

Grzybowska Park is a modern office building located in the Central Business District. The Warsaw-based building provides the market with 10,370 sqm of leasable space spread over eight floors above ground. The building has recently been modernized - the reception area and common areas on all floors have been renovated.
