Accounting office in DL Tower skyscraper

A new tenant in Katowice's DL TOWER skyscraper on Korfantego Avenue. ConAcc Partners will move into the building and open its accounting office there.

Recent times have brought Katowice's DL TOWER building several new tenants. Among them is the accounting office of ConAcc Partners. The company will occupy several hundred square meters of work space in its new headquarters. Thus, it is running out of available space in the modern building, which is already 90 percent leased.

DL TOWER is a modern office building that reaches fourteen stories in height. It offers approximately 16,500 sqm of Class A office space. This exceptionally environmentally friendly building, which is BREEAM-certified, also has many amenities for its tenants. These include above- and underground parking spaces, electric car charging stations and extensive bicycle infrastructure. The Katowice skyscraper is a very young building, as it was commissioned in March of this year, and is part of a larger mixed-use project by Invest Group.
