Anders Square in the final stage of development

The start of construction of the latest Anders Square development in Poznań is also the final stage of the project. The Andersia Silver skyscraper will cost more than a quarter of a million euros.

The general contractor for the final stage of the Anders Square development is Porr. Work has just begun on the Andersia Silver skyscraper, and the final stage of the development will cost more than a quarter of a million euros. The investor is the Von der Heyden Group. Construction is expected to end in the third quarter of 2023.

The Andersia Silver office building is a multifunctional, modern building with 40,000 sqm of high-end usable space. The skyscraper will reach almost 118 meters in height, or 25 floors above ground. Additional amenities will include an underground parking lot accommodating nearly 250 cars, special infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for electric cars. Another advantage is the skyscraper's location in an attractive part of the city, namely near the Old Town. Ewa and Stanislaw Sipinski are responsible for the design of the office building, which has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
