Atlas Ward Polska will rent an office at Varso Tower

In the tallest tower in the European Union, Varso Tower, there will be headquarters of the Warsaw office of the Wrocław leader in the field of general contracting. The new headquarters of Atlas Ward Polska will be located on the 29th floor of this building located in the heart of the capital.

The new tenant of Varso Tower is an enterprise with an established position in the field of general contracting of logistics and industrial investments in Poland, with 25 years of experience and nearly 800 completed projects with a total area of over 5 million square meters. Atlas Ward Polska signed a lease agreement for an office on the 29th floor of Varso Tower, which it will move into in June 2024.

Varso Tower is a prestigious office building in the heart of Warsaw, offering 70,000 square meters of modern office space. The tower, which is the tallest facility of its kind in the European Union, is home to many renowned companies. Among them are cloud service provider Box, law firms CMS and Greenberg Traurig, private equity company Enterprise Investors, software provider SAP, recruitment company PageGroup, NCBiR, architectural firm Foster + Partners, Inditex group, as well as AFI Europe and Transition Technologies MS. Additionally, Green Caffè Nero café is located on the ground floor of the building.
