Atrium Tower has a new owner

Atrium Tower is an office building that was added to the real estate portfolio of VIG FUND of Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe in August 2018. The building was completed in 1997, and four years later it changed hands to AEW Europe. Now that the Polish office market has developed significantly, Atrium Tower has become a valuable investment product, as evidenced by the fact that it has achieved nearly 100 percent occupancy for the past 17 years. For a new owner, the building is an investment with steady income generated by local, but also foreign tenants. This is mainly due to its excellent location and the upgrades it has undergone, which have reflected positively on the building's reputation.
