A BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of Very good, confirming the buildings' environmental performance, has been awarded to two Bolero Office Park office buildings.
Two Bolero Office Park buildings located at 4 Równoległa Street in Warsaw have been awarded BREEAM In-Use certificates with a rating of Very good. The system certifies existing buildings to confirm that sustainable practices have been implemented to improve property management, reduce energy and water consumption and environmentally friendly waste management. Bolero Office Park's office buildings received top marks in the categories of waste, ecology, transportation and health and well-being.
The Bolero Office Park office and technology complex is located in the vicinity of the WKD station, allowing quick access to the city center. The location also has the advantage of being close to the airport and Warsaw's main exit routes.
