Change of AmRest's headquarters in Wroclaw, Poland

After 11 years, AmRest is changing its headquarters in Wroclaw. From now on, the company will have its new office in one of the buildings of the Centrum Południe complex.

AmRest is a European leader among operators managing catering brands, which in Poland is responsible for brands such as KFC, Starbucks and Burger King. After more than 10 years, the company has changed its current headquarters in Wroclaw. As of now, AmRest occupies about 7,000 sqm of office space in the modern Centrum Południe complex, owned by Skanska.

Centrum Południe is a multifunctional complex consisting of 5 office buildings. The building offers a total of 85,000 sqm of total space. The complex is located on Powstańców Śląskich Street in Wrocław near another landmark building, the Sky Tower. Tenants have at their disposal underground car parking, extensive bicycle infrastructure and charging stations for electric vehicles. Additional advantages are the terraces and green areas present in the building, providing employees with a place to relax.
