Changes at Lubicz Office Center. New name and a number of amenities for tenants

Lubicz Office Center will be transformed into Lubicz Park. The building will undergo modernization and offer its tenants a whole range of new amenities.

One of Krakow's facilities, located in the city center, will undergo modernization. The former Lubicz Office Center has already been given a new name - Lubicz Park - and now the process of modernizing the complex will also begin. The plans include landscaping the area around the facility, renovating the common areas of the buildings and creating new amenities for tenants.

After the completion of the investment, which is planned for the third quarter of 2022, the facility and the area around it will feature, among other things, expanded bicycle infrastructure, electric vehicle charging stations and special recreation zones. The whole is complemented by greenery, new plantings will appear: trees, shrubs and ornamental grass. Thanks to the changes made, additional space will be created for users of this office building for work, meetings and outdoor recreation.

In addition, the building will boast renovated interiors of the common areas: lobby, reception areas and atrium. An additional advantage will be the introduction of a building management application, thanks to which we will be able to, among other things, contactlessly summon the elevator or enter without having to carry a card.

The former Lubicz Office Center, now known as Lubicz Park, is a complex of two Krakow office buildings. The building is located at the Mogilskie Roundabout and offers about 33,000 sqm of total space. It is equipped with a number of environmentally friendly solutions, thanks to which it is called one of the greenest office buildings. An additional advantage of the complex is that it is BREEAM-certified at the Very Good level.
