The Wratislavia Tower building will undergo a major renovation, which began in August this year. Its completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023. What changes are in store for the Wroclaw office building?

Wrocław's Wratislavia Tower office building was built in 1999-2002, and the building's owner, Futureal Investments Partners, has recently decided to modernize it. The facade of the building and the systems inside the facility will be changed. Among other things, the air conditioning and ventilation, as well as the heating system, will be modernized. In addition, the cinema will undergo renovation, and electric vehicle charging stations will be built in the parking lot. Work began in August this year and will last until the second quarter of 2023. Upon completion, the building will boast BREEAM Excellent In-Use certification.

Wratislavia Tower is an office building located in the center of Wroclaw. It provides about 12,000 sqm for lease to the local market. Currently, the main tenant of the building is the City of Wroclaw, which has leased as much as. 54 percent of the building's space, which will be the location of the New Horizons Film Festival.
