The City One office building, which is an integral part of the City Forum office complex in Wroclaw, has received the renowned LEED Gold certification. The building features comfortable working conditions, energy efficiency and a convenient location. The City Forum investment promotes health-oriented and environmentally friendly activities. In addition, there will be 75 bicycle racks, showers, as well as lockers for cyclists inside the office building. Inside the façade, modern solutions to noise, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and heating issues have been introduced. In addition, City One will have more than 12,000 square meters of leasable space. The entire development will be available to tenants in the second quarter of 2020.
