CitySpace Novo Opened in Prestigious Location in Warsaw

CitySpace, one of the leading operators of flexible office spaces in Poland, opened its fifth location in Warsaw on October 14, 2024. The new center, named CitySpace Novo, is located in the Nowogrodzka Square building, just a few minutes from the Central Railway Station and the business district in Midtown. The investment, with an area of 2,500 sqm, offers 327 workstations in dedicated offices and over 30 spaces in coworking areas.

CitySpace is intensively developing its presence in regional markets such as Wroclaw, Lodz, and Katowice. The new location in Warsaw is an important step in the company's expansion strategy, confirming its readiness to strengthen its position as a leader in the flexible office industry.

Offices in CitySpace Novo are distinguished by modern design, ergonomic solutions, and excellent location. The interior design was created by FruitOrchard by Miastkowska studio. This opening is the first CitySpace project in Warsaw in five years, and also the first outside the Echo Investment portfolio.

Nowogrodzka Square is a 6-story Class A office building offering 11,000 sqm of space and 148 parking spaces. The building stands out with BREEAM certification with an Excellent rating, confirming its energy efficiency.
