Concept Tower Skyscraper Has Been Sold

A new transaction on the Warsaw real estate market. CPI Property Group sold the Concept Tower office building, located in Warsaw's Wola district. The 15-story skyscraper has been fully rented by 25 institutions and enterprises. The buyer of the building became WOOD & Company Real Estate Fund.

CPI Property Group, which is the largest owner of commercial properties in the Czech Republic, Berlin, and the Central Eastern Europe region, maintains its leading position on the Warsaw office market in terms of GLA. Despite the sale of Concept Tower, the group continues to maintain its presence on the market through management of 23 other office buildings.

Concept Tower, which has been part of CPI Property Group's portfolio since 2020, enjoys an excellent location in Wola. Its strategic location enables quick access from downtown Warsaw, and proximity to the second metro line facilitates communication with other districts. An additional advantage is the presence of diverse shopping and gastronomic offerings in the immediate vicinity. Built in 2012, the office building has a LEED certificate at the Gold level, which confirms its sustainable nature.

Despite the sale of Concept Tower, CPI Property Group maintains its dominant role in the Warsaw office real estate landscape, having in its portfolio such flagship projects as Warsaw Spire and Warsaw Financial Center, with a combined area exceeding half a million square meters and a value exceeding 1.7 billion euros.
