CPD Plans to Acquire a Prestigious Office Building in Wrocław

CPD company signed an agreement on preliminary conditions for acquiring shares in FR Investments Wrocław – the owner of the prestigious Wratislavia Tower office building, located in the center of Wrocław. The value of the property is estimated at approximately 35 million euros, and the company's obligations reach 29.4 million euros. The building offers office and service spaces with an underground car park and enjoys great interest from tenants from various industries.

At the current stage, CPD plans to conduct a legal and financial audit and negotiate with the owner – FR Investments company based in the Netherlands – and also with the bank, which remains the main creditor. The completion of the transaction depends on, among other things, the release of collateral on the property and obtaining the creditor's consent. Part of the price is to be settled in cash, while the remaining part can be paid in CPD shares.

According to the agreement, CPD plans to finalize the purchase by the end of 2025. The company expects to issue new shares, which will finance part of the payment in the amount of approximately 10 million euros. After a possible acquisition, CPD also wants to conclude an agreement with the current owner regarding the management of Wratislavia Tower, which is to ensure operational smoothness and further project development. The final decision on the purchase will be made after the completion of analyses and negotiations.
